Reboot for no apparent reason

I think I have to give you a little more context to understand the problem.

I have the same apps and I do exactly the same since I bought the Mac, I am a "boring" user, I use it to work and watch videos.

since update 13.2 it started rebooting every couple of hours so i talked to tech support. and each one gave me different steps to follow.

These are the solutions I did:

-start in safe mode

-reset, removing all personal data

-erase the disk and install the operating system (monterry was installed and updated to ventura)

and everything stayed the same...

3 days ago my mpb turned off and did not turn on anymore, I took it to the technical service, they told me that it had a blockage in the battery, and it was solved on the same day.

As I had my suspicions that something had not gone well, I left it on (with a live video for 2 days) and after two days it restarted and after a few hours, it restarted again....

I started to investigate more because somewhere there has to be a record of why it restarts, I checked all the logs and there is nothing, it only has the startup records but nothing about the "shutdown"

I can guarantee that none of the apps I have are the problem.

In any case, I already uninstalled the cleaner one pro.

But at this point I don't want a solution, I want to understand what is causing the problem so I can take the problem to technical service so they can fix it or give me a new one.
